St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School’s Drouin Campus has marked another major milestone, celebrating the opening and dedication of its new Junior School Learning Centre as the campus celebrates its first anniversary.

Head of Careers, Sarah Luck, has been recognised for the lasting impact she has made in strengthening career pathways, building professional connections across Gippsland and supporting students to confidently prepare for life beyond school, receiving the Australian Centre for Career Education’s David Osborne Regional Award for Excellence in Career Practice.

Making a difference in the community while developing leadership skills is the focus of a new initiative at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School, with students forming a new Interact Committee in partnership with the Rotary Club of Traralgon.

In fostering the connection between the Kurnai people, the traditional owners of the land upon which St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School Drouin Campus students learn, Kurnai elders Aunty Cheryl Drayton and Aunty Linda Mullett attended the campus for a smoking ceremony and dedication of the Foundation Year mural.

A new playground built on years of community effort has officially opened for students in Years 5 to 8 at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School’s Traralgon Campus, supporting student development.

St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School’s Traralgon Junior School Physical Education and Sport educator is being celebrated at a state level after receiving one of the highest honours in school sport, recognising his outstanding leadership and impact on students across the Gippsland region.

To extend learning beyond the classroom, Year 11 Product Design and Technology (Soft Materials) students at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School have been challenged to design and create a product that benefits someone in the wider community, supporting the development of practical skills, creativity and purposeful problem-solving.

Students and educators from St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School united for this year’s Clean Up Australia Day, improving their local environment while strengthening their school community.

St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School student, Thang-guw, was recently invited to deliver a short speech on the theme of “leaving it better” at the Ecumenical Schools Australia (ESA) Leaver Award Day in Melbourne, sharing her reflections with fellow student leaders and educators from ESA member schools.

The community at St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School’s Drouin Campus continues to grow, expanding beyond its planned Year 4 offering to welcome an additional class at Year 5 level.
