A new place for young minds to learn in Drouin

Soon, there will be a new place to learn in Drouin. For parents thinking about where their child might start their educational journey, St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School is hosting an Information Evening about its new Drouin Early Learning Centre and Primary School set to open its doors in 2025.

Prior to the campus establishment, from February 2024 St Paul’s will be offering its Little Lorikeets Facilitated Playgroup in Drouin for the first time. Led by qualified early childhood educators, the program will enable children to enhance their early learning through play, music, storytime and craft, all designed to support their transition to kindergarten.

In 2025, the first classes of Pre-Kinder through to Year 2 will commence, with the school growing annually to reach Year 6. In addition, expressions of interest can be made for Years 3 through to Year 6 in 2025, and the school will respond if there is adequate demand for these year levels.

Located on a spacious site close to the freeway, the new primary school will create a vibrant, contemporary and welcoming place for the growing Drouin community. Purpose-built classrooms will be supplemented by play spaces to creatively access and blend with the natural landscape, encouraging outdoor exploration and promoting wellbeing. Before and after school care and a school holiday program will be available, and upon completion of Year 6, students are guaranteed a place at the nearby Warragul Secondary School.

St Paul’s encourages and celebrates every student, building a strong partnership between students, families and teachers. Offering a comprehensive curriculum, alongside a varied co-curricular, service and leadership program, children are supported as they establish strong learning foundations and develop confidence.

The upcoming Information Evening is the perfect opportunity for the community to learn about the value of playgroup and kindergarten along with the new school’s offering.

Discover how your child can grow with St Paul’s by chatting with the school’s Principal, Head of Campus and Early Learning Director on Tuesday 22 August 2023 at 7pm at the Drouin Golf Club, McGlone Road, Drouin. Register your attendance via: Information Evening Registration or visit our Drouin Campus page for more information.
