Thomas is one student who has carved his own path. Currently running his own electrical contracting business, Slate Contracting, Thomas also teaches as a casual relief teacher.

Thomas reflected on the leadership roles, co-curricular activities and learning experiences that supported him to not only achieve two different career pathways but also equipped him with the skills to travel across Australia and work in very remote areas of Australia.
